FAQ's

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited numbers, we will only be able to accommodate those specifically listed out on your invitation. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Can we bring our kids?

As much as we LOVE your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate everyone's children. Due to limited numbers the only children we will be able to accommodate are those in our bridal party. If we are unable to invite your children, we hope that you will see this as an opportunity to have a night for yourselves and enjoy the party with us!

What should I wear?

We have no formal dress code, but usual wedding attire applies. Ladies, please avoid wearing white, neutral shades, or Olive Green as these are reserved for the bridal party. The sun should (hopefully) be shining so colour is encouraged - don't be shy! Gentleman, we're thinking suits, trousers and shirts. Please avoid wearing jeans and trainers.

Where should we stay?

Please see the travel tab at the top of the page, where we have listed a couple of hotels just a short drive from the venue.

Where should we park?

There is plenty of parking within the venue grounds (Copdock Hall), with just a short walk across the lawn to the Church for the ceremony. You may also leave your cars within this car park overnight if you then wish to catch a taxi back to your hotel. The venue just kindly asks that all vehicles are collected by 10am the following morning.

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Arriving to the venue 15-30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue, get parking and settle in before it begins.

Can I take pictures?

We are having an 'Unplugged Ceremony' (no phones or cameras). The greatest gift you can give us is being fully present as we say 'I Do'. We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!

How to RSVP

We kindly ask that you RSVP via our wedding website. RSVP's will go live, later this year.
